Sfiso Mlotshwa is a passionate agricultural trainer and food security advocate based in Wesselsbron, just outside Bloemfontein. He helps households and aspiring farmers transform their land into productive gardens and farms – promoting healthy living, self-sufficiency, and economic growth.

• 🏡 Home Stand Gardens Sfiso designs and installs home gardens that produce fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruits. These gardens support nutrition, reduce food costs, and build resilience in local communities.
• 🎓 Agricultural Skills Programmes He provides hands-on training in soil preparation, composting, planting, pest control, and seasonal planning. His programmes are accessible to individuals, schools, and community groups.
• 🚜 Small to Large-Scale Farming Support Sfiso mentors farmers in scaling their operations—from backyard plots to commercial farms. He offers guidance on crop selection, irrigation, land use planning, and sustainable practices.

His work contributes to the growing movement of community-based agriculture in the Free State, helping families and farmers build healthier lives through the land
